We know that your medical needs don't stop when office hours are over. Using our email service, you can get a message to your health team when it is convenient for you.

If needed, we will support you in your own home to manage your clinical infection healthcare needs. 

We work not just with you but with other members of our healthcare community to build a network of people working together to meet your healthcare needs. 

Sometimes there are obstacles to coming to an outpatient appointment, but help is still available. We may be able to meet you over an audio-visual connection if needed.
